According to media reports, Ms Ivie and her mom were both en route to get their grandkid from the school, when they were killed.

Police said the shooting began on Monday morning, as the shooter started shooting aimlessly individuals, houses, and vehicles. After the alarm, officials hurried to the scene and shot dead the suspect in a shootout.

Representative Police Boss Frump said the suspect had minor charges yet had nothing to put him under doubt. He was living in the area and had three firearms including an AR-15 rifle. In any case, the family members of the suspect said he was experiencing mental issues.
